Use of 31P MRS to Assess Brain NAD+ in Healthy Collegiate Athletes

Purpose
Can nicotinamide riboside affect the levels of NAD+ in the brain as measured by 31P MRS. Study being done on collegiate athletes.
Study Design
Double blind, parallel assignment
Dose
Three capsules (Niagen), 2x per day (total of : 750mg/day x12 weeks)
