Objective
To establish whether oral NR supplementation in aged participants can increase the skeletal muscle NAD+ metabolome and if it can alter muscle mitochondrial bioenergetics.

Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover study in 12 marginally overweight, but otherwise healthy aged men
